How long is it, Alda, since you last had an electrical power outage?
Sigvaldi – about two months. But that was just something to do with our kettle – nothing to do with the service, per se.
Sadly, I think you’ll be experiencing more outages this year as more companies lay off their customer service/support staff ; ‘ (
