Become an Affiliate!

Everyone: I’ve set up an affiliate program for our eBook Living Inside the Meltdown, which means that you can earn money by recommending the book to your friends, family, blog readers, or … well, anyone who will listen.

All you have to do is sign up to be an affiliate, and then point anyone you think will be interested to the eBook, making sure to give them your own personal affiliate link. Anyone who goes through that link and subsequently buys the book will earn you a commission of 50% of the sale price. Since the price of Living Inside the Meltdown is $24.99, you earn $12.50 for every sale you make.

As many of you will know, the book has been incredibly well received by readers, and Iceland Review online gave it five stars out of five.

I recommend that you buy your own copy of Living Inside the Meltdown if you haven’t already. That way you can write an in-depth and comprehensive review. Just think of it this way: you only need to sell two copies to make back the price of the one you buy!

A few people have asked whether the book is available in ePub, which makes it easier to read on eReaders. The short answer is no, unfortunately our efforts to format it for ePub have been fruitless [the procedure seems to border on rocket science]. Living Inside the Meltdown is therefore only available as a PDF electronic download at this time.

HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE

Becoming an affiliate is both easy and free.

Here are the step-by-step instructions for signing up for our affiliate program.

1. First, you will have to register with e-Junkie, which manages the program, by using this link. If you’re already registered with eJunkie, you simply log in.

2. Click Get Affiliate Code.

3. Under Select Merchant leave The Iceland Weather Report selected, then click Get Affiliate Code again.

4. You will see something like this [click to enlarge]:

This is the code you can use to embed on your website or blog. It will take your readers to our sales page, where they can learn more about the book. You can change the Click here to visit The Iceland Weather Report text to anything you like.

If you would like to email a link [to your friends, family, whoever you choose] then you would use this part of the affiliate code [yours, obviously, not mine], i.e. from after the “<a=href=” to before the “target”:

That’s it! Then you just sit back and wait for the cash to roll in [heh]. I will be paying out affiliate commissions on a bi-monthly basis, so the first payments will be made at the beginning of September.
