I try to respond to all emails, but if I don’t respond to yours, please don’t take it personally. It probably means I’m really busy trying to keep it all together and maybe your mail arrived at the same time as a ton of other mails and sank to the bottom of the pile and I’ll find it ten months from now and then it will be too late to answer it and I’ll feel mega-guilty.

Either that, or the answer can already be found in the FAQs.
